How it works

1. Request an Offer

If you are interested to sell your property, you simply request your offer here on the website, or by phone at (786) 744-7053.

We will immediately start reviewing your parcel and make you an offer.

2. Sign the Agreement

You'll receive your land sale offer by mail. After review, you may choose to sign and share it with us via email, mail, or fax, as explained in the instruction letter that comes with the offer. 

In case you prefer to receive the offer with an e-signature for fast processing, simply let us know.

3. Due Diligence

Upon receiving the signed agreement, we promptly perform our due diligence on the property, which includes verifying the ownership, visiting and analyzing the property. 

You will receive a confirmation once we received your signed purchase agreement.

4. Handover to Title Company

Upon completion of due diligence, we promptly inform you of the handover to a reputable Title Company for the closing. We also provide you with the contact details of the Title Attorney who will be responsible for handling the closing process.

5. Closing Initiation

The Title Company will conduct  Title Work and oversee your transaction from start to finish. They will contact you to provide the necessary closing documents, as well as the date, time, and location of the closing.
Meanwhile, we continue to follow up on the transaction to ensure its successful completion.

6. Closing

At the closing, the title attorney will complete the transaction by recording the deed at the county clerk's office and dispursing the funds to you.
